- Records Review: The medical professional will review your records. If he or she has any questions they will contact you.
- Decision on Nexus Letter: If, and only if, our medical provider feels that a credible nexus letter can be written based on factual evaluations, we’ll move forward. This ensures the integrity and authenticity of every nexus letter from Revoluble.
- Refund: If the medical provider cannot legally, ethically, or morally write you a credible nexus letter, Revoluble will refund our fee. The medical professional will not be asked to refund their fee. It takes time for them to review your records, they should be compensated for their time.
