You are an independent contractor. Revoluble has no direct employees.

Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to define the standards and procedures by which Revoluble engages and manages independent contractors across the United States. It outlines our commitment to fair practices, equal opportunity, and compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

Scope:
This policy applies to all current and prospective independent contractors engaged by Revoluble.

Compliance with Laws:

  • Revoluble will comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the engagement of independent contractors.
  • Contractors are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to their business and professional practice, including obtaining and maintaining any required licenses or certifications.

Terms of Engagement:

  • Each contractor will enter into a written agreement with Revoluble that outlines the terms of engagement, scope of work, compensation, confidentiality obligations, and other relevant terms.
  • Contractors are engaged on a project-by-project basis, with no implicit promise of ongoing work unless specified in a written agreement.
  • Compensation for services will be agreed upon in advance and will be competitive based on industry standards.

Professional Conduct:

  • Contractors are expected to conduct themselves professionally, uphold the reputation of Revoluble, and adhere to our policies and procedures during their engagement.
  • Any issues or disputes arising from a contractor’s engagement with Revoluble will be addressed promptly and fairly, following the procedures outlined in their agreement.

Termination of Engagement:

  • The conditions for the termination of a contractor’s engagement will be specified in the written agreement. Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with these terms.

Policy Review and Modification:

  • Revoluble reserves the right to review and modify this policy as necessary. Contractors will be notified of any changes that affect the terms of their engagement.
